  • Provide regular feedback and recognition to their employees. Acknowledge employee successes and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.

  • Empower employees by giving them the tools, resources, and autonomy they need to do their jobs effectively. Trust employees to make decisions and take risks.

  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among employees. Create opportunities for employees to work together and share ideas and best practices.
